New Date

Location
The Meeting Place

The workshop is a valuable opportunity for couples , or single mums with birth support people. To enhance awareness and confidence in labour/childbirth. It will empower your birth partner and give them the opportunity to connect with the mother and baby through postures, massage and nurturing touch.
Birth Partners: In this workshop you will learn skills to be with a woman during labour, with massage techniques and active birth positions, breathing, vocal toning and relaxation methods. Couples find this workshop really enjoyable and extremely beneficial for pregnancy and labour.

In these classes we start with postnatal yoga to help you with your pregnancy and birth recovery, and to just make you feel good in your body again. We will help to stretch and strengthen and I’ll also make sure you get time to relax. Then I teach you how to massage your babies, we sing with them whilst giving them a stretch too. I’ll teach you a lot about how to help your babies with their fine and gross motor skills through movements, help with any digestive issues they are having and give you the space and time for connection with them.

I’ve been teaching these classes for over 25 years and they are my favourite.

You can come at anytime from birth when you are ready. No need to wait 6 weeks as I will guide you on what you can and can’t do.

They are super informative and you get to spend time with other mothers.

Some classes you may feel like you are mostly feeding or holding your baby and other times they will sleep the whole way through. It doesn’t matter you’ll still get a lot out of them.

They go for 1.15 minutes . I find babies will only last this long and they often sleep really well after them.

Please bring something for your baby to lay on and anything else they need. Bring a yoga mat and water.

Babies can come from birth until it’s no longer right for you and baby.

Email Kate@Yodanchi.com.au if you have further questions.

Please book 24 hours ahead where possible.

Date Night

Kate & Jason have been working with Women & Men independently for over a decade in Perth and around the world.

This Sacred Union has created a potency in our relating and our connection that we would like to share with the community.

This fun event is designed to bring yourself to a place of greater awareness and acceptance, allowing a space for more love, understanding and appreciation for your partner.

It doesn't matter the orientation of your relationship, the communication and connection tools you will receive over these 3 hours are perfect to bring harmony to you, and your beloved.

In support of community, we are making this workshop affordable for all.
